Customized for any machine width, the Tissue Tack and Reel System consists of two major components. The rotating manifold and spray head assembly is mounted over the web for full width turn-ups and a single-valve tail tie is used during a sheet break.The second component is VM’s TTR50 PLC controlled adhesive supply unit, located on the drive side of the tissue machine. Plug-and-play electrical components allow for a quick installation during a short machine shutdown.
